AccommodationPlus offers you the ability to book hotels in just a few minutes and in just a few simple steps, making use of advanced technology through a partnership with booking.com. All bookings are handled in real time and a confirmation is sent to you immediately after finising the booking process.
In addition to our Lowest Price Guarantee, when you use our service you pay no booking fee and most hotels accept your booking on a no booking deposit required basis (if a deposit is required, you will be informed of this during the booking process). In some cases you are asked for your credit card details, but this is only when required by the hotel - all monies are paid by you direct to the hotel. AccommodationPlus or its booking providers never charges your credit card.
You can use our reservation service free of any charges. This means:
>> We do not charge any booking fees (most other online booking services charge upwards of $4.95),
>> no administration fees (many other providers charge hidden fees)
>> no cancellation/amendment fees (many other providers charge $25 or more to change/cancel a booking.
You will need to provide a credit card details to allow pre-authorisation to secure your booking. Pre-authorisation is a type of credit check that hotels can use to make sure that there are sufficient funds on a credit card to cover part or all of the reservation costs. You will pay the hotel directly. Some hotels require some form of prepayment. This is outlined in the hotel policies on the hotel's page.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy.
