‘Vineyards with a twist’ trend emerges in Mudgee region

A ‘Vineyards with a Twist’ trend has emerged in the Mudgee region, with cellar doors offering more than just wine to their experiences to attract visitors and differentiate themselves.

Still offering quality food and wine, many cellar doors have also introduced additional sensory experiences such as cooking classes, art, long lunches and outdoor galleries.

Some of the ‘Vineyards with a Twist’ include Vinifera, where guests can enjoy a game of croquet or taste hand-crafted spirits and liqueurs, Rosby Wines where visitors can enrol in one of Artist Workshops held throughout the year and Leaning Oak Winery and Dairy who offer Farmstead Cheese Making Workshops.
