If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
Please note that a credit card pre-authorisation of AUD $100 is required upon check in. If no credit card is presented, a fixed deposit of AUD $200 can be made with cash or debit card to cover any incidental charges. This deposit will be refunded upon check out, minus any incidental charges. Guests staying in the Premium Rooms must present a valid credit card upon arrival, (a cash or debit card deposit cannot be accepted).
